To enhance the rooms, the project required an exclusive inlaid floor, capable of combining design, craftsmanship and fine materials. Berti Parquet, in collaboration with Santo Passaia, created a striking wooden surface, combining custom workmanship and top-quality finishes.

The floor of this residence is distinguished by a distinctive frame and a combination of fine woods.
✔ Main material: Top-quality teak, known for its durability and warm, enveloping tone.
✔ Central decoration: Rizzardi pattern, inlaid with maple and oak, for a sophisticated and harmonious decorative effect.
✔ Artistic frame: The design is embellished with a Bigli pattern border, alternating with the Ghellini motif, creating a perfect balance between classicism and modernity.

The design and installation of the parquet flooring required extreme precision, with special attention paid to the continuity of the decorations and perfect integration with the interior.
Processing steps:

- Laser cutting and inlaying: thanks to laser technology, Berti achieved flawless inlaying with minute details.
- Handcrafted laying: the parquet was installed using traditional methods, respecting the layout designed to enhance each decorative element.
- Finish and protection: the floor has been treated with natural paints and protective oils to preserve its elegance and durability.
